Aberdeen College of Performing Arts was established in 2011 under the original name Aberdeen Academy of Performing Arts College. The name change took place in 2019 when the college took over new ownership.

We run 2 year Full Time, HND Musical Theatre Diploma and HND Acting and Performance Diploma courses accredited by the Scottish Qualifications Authority .

•Weekly Dance Classes: Ballet, Jazz, Commercial, Tap, Musical Theatre Choreography, Pas De Deux
•Weekly Performance Classes: Acting practices, Acting for Camera, Acting for Radio, Shakespeare, Trinity College preparation, Speaking Vocal Technique, Improv, Acting Technique, Directing, Script Writing, Theatre Style Study
•Weekly Singing Classes: Vocal Technique, Music Theory, Production Singing, Ensemble Singing, Private Singing
•Additional Classes: Mock Audition Prep, Yoga, Fitness, PBT, Performance, Stage Combat (Hand to hand, blunt objects, and sword - APC qualification earned after assesment),

•Optional Qualifications offered: Anatomy diploma IDTA, Associate teaching qualification IDTA/BATD
